    Professional House Cleaner

    Clean homes on a steady route in Maryville, Alcoa, and Knoxville — the same houses, the same days, so you get to know them.

    What you'll do

    • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas to our checklist
    • Dust, vacuum, mop, and handle surfaces the right way for each material
    • Take before-and-after photos so the office and the customer can see the work
    • Text the office if something needs attention — a leak, a pet loose, a lock that won't open
    • Treat every home like somebody lives there, because they do

    What we're looking for

    • Reliable transportation to homes across Blount and Knox counties
    • Able to be on your feet for most of the day and lift about 50 lbs
    • Comfortable using a phone for your schedule and job photos
    • Willing to pass a background check before your first solo visit
    • Cleaning experience is welcome but not required — we train

    Commercial Cleaner

    Offices, medical suites, and post-construction cleanups for local businesses — often after hours, always to a punch list.

    $17–$22 per hour, based on experience

    What you'll do

    • Clean offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas on a set route
    • Work post-construction punch lists: dust, debris, sticker and paint removal
    • Restock supplies and flag anything running low before it runs out
    • Lock up and set alarms exactly as each client asks

    What we're looking for

    • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence
    • Able to lift about 50 lbs and work on ladders for post-construction jobs
    • Comfortable working alone in an empty building
    • Willing to pass a background check — most of our commercial clients require it
    • Floor care or post-construction experience is a plus

    Crew Lead

    Run a two-to-three person crew on a daily route. You clean alongside them and you own the result.

    What you'll do

    • Lead a small crew through a day's route and clean alongside them
    • Check the work before you leave — you're the last set of eyes on every house
    • Train new cleaners on our checklist and our standard
    • Keep the office posted on timing, access problems, and anything a customer needs

    What we're looking for

    • Two or more years of cleaning experience, some of it leading others
    • Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record
    • Able to lift about 50 lbs and keep a route moving
    • Willing to pass a background check
