About This Program

Tennessee Sparkle, LLC (“Tennessee Sparkle,” “we,” or “us”) sends text messages to customers and to people who ask us for a quote. The program name is Tennessee Sparkle. These terms explain what we send, how often, and how to stop.

What We Text You About

Most of our texts are about the service you asked for:

• Replies and follow-ups about a quote you requested
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• On-my-way alerts when your cleaner is heading to your address
• Schedule changes, delays, and rescheduling
• Follow-ups after a visit, including a request for feedback

If you separately opt in to promotional texts, we may also send occasional cleaning tips and special offers. Promotional texts are optional. You can get everything above without them, and you can turn them off without losing your service messages.

How You Opt In

You opt in to service-related texts when you give us your mobile number, such as when you submit a quote request on our website, book a cleaning, or text us first. Providing your number is your agreement to receive texts about your quote and your scheduled service.

Promotional texts require a separate, express opt-in. On our quote form that is an unchecked box you have to select yourself. We do not check it for you, and we do not add you to promotional texts just because you became a customer.

You do not have to agree to receive texts in order to buy anything from us. If you would rather we call or email, tell us and we will.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by your service schedule. A one-time clean may only involve a few messages. A weekly recurring customer will get more. If you opt in to promotional texts, expect no more than a few of those per month.

Costs

Msg & data rates may apply. We do not charge you for our text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving them depending on your plan. Check with your carrier if you are not sure.

How to Stop Messages

You can opt out at any time. Reply with any of these keywords to any message from us:

STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE

We will send one confirmation message and then stop texting you. After that you will not receive further texts from this program unless you opt back in, which you can do by texting START or by asking us.

You can also opt out without texting: call or email us using the contact information above and tell us to stop, and we will remove your number.

Opting out of texts does not cancel your cleaning service. If you stop texts, we will reach you by phone or email instead about scheduling.

Carriers and Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives or arrives on time. Do not rely on text messages for anything urgent — call us instead.

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, UScellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile, Google Fi, and most other U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier support can change, and we are not responsible for carrier-side changes that affect delivery.

Privacy

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. For the full picture of what we collect and how we handle it, read our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update this page as our messaging program changes. The “last updated” date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to receive our texts after an update means the current version applies.
